Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. This page explains the cookies Meridian uses and how to control them.
We use as few cookies as we can. The ones we do use fall into two groups:
These cookies make the site work. They store your session, remember where you are in the quote flow, and keep your chat connected. They cannot be turned off without breaking core functionality.
We use a privacy-friendly analytics provider (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand which pages people visit and where they get stuck. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
We do not set advertising or social media tracking cookies. If we ever embed third-party content (for example a video), that provider may set its own cookies. We will flag this clearly at the point of embed.
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the chat and quote flow from working correctly.
For browser-specific instructions, see aboutcookies.org.
If we add or change cookies, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
Email privacy@meridian.co.uk if you have any questions about how we use cookies.
